Emmanuel Sithole killers to be sentenced

The two men found guilty of murdering Emmanuel Sithole will be sentenced in the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court on Friday.

Mthinta Bhengu and Sifundi Mzimzela were found guilty in November of stabbing Sithole to death during a wave of xenophobic violence in Alexandra last year.

They stabbed him on the streets of the Johannesburg township on April 18.

It was believed that they had taken cigarettes from the street vendor without paying.

They attacked and killed him when he demanded payment.
