An ANC councillor has appeared in court on charges of robbery and intimidation after a noisy, near-physical fracas at the party’s Buffalo City Metro regional offices last Wednesday.
Buffalo City Metro ANC ward 20 councillor Ntombizodwa Gamnca, 35, is accused of hurling insults and threatening to assault the PR councillor of the same ward, her fellow ANC member Mkhuseli “Gidla” Nombewu.
