THE Guild theatre hosted an “insanity” comedy show on Tuesday night, starring three hilarious humour geniuses.
It was a well-rehearsed show, and the comics did a brilliant job of executing their ideas.
They interacted with the crowd, their timing was perfect and at times, I could not imagine any of these guys ever being serious about anything.
McIlroy is a true star, and he is a genius when it comes to comedy. For me body language contributes to the effectiveness of a joke, and he has mastered the power of telling jokes with his body.
One member of the audience commented that: “ McIlroy could do a silent movie but still have everyone dying from laughter, just from his movements.”
The Insanity League is on at the Guild theatre until Saturday.
