SPCA Open Day

THERE will be a SPCA open day on Sunday from 9am – 2pm. There will be loads of entertainment and competitions on offer. For more info, contact Val at the SPCA (043) 745-1441. Stallholders are welcome to apply. Then there’s a SPCA Second Chance 5km run/walk on Sunday from 7.30am at the SPCA sanctuary.  Gonuboz playground

OPEN every Friday afternoon and evening from noon to closing. Entrance fee is R30 per child – adults free. Fun for kids and adults in a safe, tranquil environment under spotlights, with background music and a relaxed atmosphere, with undercover and sheltered seating. Gonuboz Kidz shop is open for the usual treats and refreshments for the kids, and beer, wine and ciders for the adults. Light meals for sale. There is also a sports star kids games and activities, jumping castle, swings, trampoline, scooter track, fireman’s pole, hang merry-go -round, sand pit and much more for the kids.
