This comes after the surprise release of Lemonade‚ which set the internet alight with rumours that that the award-winning singer had been having troubles in her marriage.
With lyrics such as “If you try this sh*t again / You gon’ lose your wife” and “He only want me when I’m not on there / He better call Becky with the good hair‚” many fans believed Beyoncé was levelling accusations of being cheated on.
Speaking to the audience during her show‚ the Single Ladies hitmaker supposedly doused the cheating allegations in a heartfelt dedication to Jay Z‚ before performing one of her hit tracks‚ Halo — whose lyrics describe a sublime love.
“I want to dedicate this song to my family‚” she said.
“Thank you guys for supporting me. I wanna dedicate this song to my beautiful husband. I love you so much. Blue‚ I love you so much.”
