Tutu donations help uplift school pupils

The Desmond Tutu desk campaign, together with Islamic Relief South Africa, has handed over 7700 mobile desks to 15 needy Eastern Cape schools.

Field workers from the campaign this week descended on the province where they visited schools in Mthatha, Dutywa, Ngcobo, Mdantsane and East London to hand over the desks.
