The widow of slain senior Bhisho official Sakhekile Ndudula, was granted R20000 bail by the Grahamstown high court.
The high court on Friday set aside the East London Magistrate Court decision to deny Bulelwa Ndudula, 44, bail.
Judge Fatima Dawood granted her R20 000 bail but included strict conditions.
She will have to report to the Cambridge Police Station once a day, she may not leave the East London magisterial district and has to be at her Cambridge home between set times.
She is due back in the East London Magistrate Court on December 14.
