SA's withdrawal from International Criminal Court unconstitutional and invalid‚ rules Pretoria High Court
The High Court in Pretoria has found the government’s decision to withdraw from the International Criminal Court (ICC) is unconstitutional and invalid.

Deputy Judge President Phineas Mojapelo on Wednesday ordered that the notice of withdrawal be withdrawn.
