Residents of Bhisho Park, while President Jacob Zuma was talking human rights at the Victoria Grounds brought traffic to a standstill in R63 road towards Komga claiming the power in the township was cut for weeks now without any explanation.

They say they will not stop with their protest until Buffalo City mayor Xola Pakati comes to address them and resolve the power cut immediately. Police are busy clearing the rabble from the road following the burning of tyres.
