School furniture debt heads for appeal

Eastern Cape businessman Bongile Nkola will get another shot at setting aside a high court ruling that two of his properties should be sold off to settle a longstanding debt he owes a steel company.

He has been granted leave to take the matter on appeal to the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA).
