A newborn baby boy with his umbilical cord still attached was found crying inside a black plastic bag in the bushes in Gonubie yesterday.
The “miracle” baby was discovered after a gardener was sent by his boss to look for her missing cat in the bushes.
The gardener heard noises coming from a rocky and bushy area but could not make out what the noise was.
