ANC delegates have started trickling in at Nasrec conference centre where the ruling party would be reviewing and where possible recommending new policies.
The Eastern Cape, which has the second biggest delegation to KwaZulu-Natal, is here already with its provincial chairman Phumulo Masualle.
In an interview with the Dispatch on their arrival at the centre, Masualle said they are here to deal with the challenges "confronting the movement and the challenges confronting the country".
"Our delegation is ready to contribute on that on day one," said Masualle.
