Seasoned bureaucrat Bulumko Nelana has been appointed as the new chief executive officer of the Buffalo City Development Agency (BCDA).
Nelana confirmed receiving the offer last week and that his appointment would be effective from October 1.
He fills the position left vacant by Gcinumzi Qotywa, who resigned in June, two years into his five-year contract which had been due to end in 2020, citing plans to focus on a private business venture.
