Mthatha's largest shopping mall, BT Ngebs City, is offering their customers a chance to win a share of R40 000 in groceries over the next five weeks.
Daily Dispatch readers stand to win their share of R20000 in shopping vouchers, with an additional R20000 up for grabs in a grand prize draw on November 12.
The centre management confirmed that BT Ngebs City had seen a steady month-on-month growth despite the challenging economic climate, which had led to the introduction of Umbulelo osuka eBT Ngebs City (A thank you from BT Ngebs City) promotion in gratitude to loyal shoppers.
General manager Lolo Sabisa said the average consumer spent a substantial portion of their income on essentials, mainly food.
“Economic times are tough, so we believe that these kinds of prizes do bring relief to our shoppers,” he said.
“So, being one of the weekly winners of R4000 over the next five weeks would certainly go a long way to easing someone’s financial burden – not to mention winning the grand prize of R20000,” said Sabisa.
To enter, readers must complete the entry form which will be published every day in the Daily Dispatch’s first edition, which caters for Mthatha and surrounding areas. Entries can be dropped off in one of two entry boxes at the information desk or in the Woolworths Court at the mall.
The weekly draws will take place every Saturday from October 7 to November 4.
