Six die when car overturns on N2

Six people have died when a car they were traveling in overturned on the N2 near Grahamstown this morning.

Department of health spokesman Sizwe Kupelo said the car had seven occupants. 

“Two adults and three children between the ages of four and six died on the scene. The sixth person died in hospital,” he said. 

He said the survivor is in a critical condition at Settlers’ Hospital.
