Four municipal by-elections will be held at three Eastern Cape municipalities in June, the provincial independent elections commission announced yesterday.
Three of these by-elections will be conducted on June 6 in Buffalo City Metro’s ward 18 in the Vincent and Selborne area; in ward 21, which covers Mdantsane’s NU12 and 13, and in ward 9 in Ingquza Hill municipality.
