THE South African National Roads Agency Ltd (Sanral) will ask the Western Cape High Court next week to grant it a secrecy application‚ which will allow it to keep details of the proposed tolling of the N1 and N2 highways confidential.This would include information on what the tariffs will be and how much revenue will flow to the operator.
