BCM aim to prevent owner from running store within 100m of Spar
AN EAST London property owner is to face legal action from Buffalo City Metro (BCM) over the operation of a spaza shop less than 100m away from a Spar. Businessman Bernie Aufrichtig, owner of the property housing the Greenfields Spaza on erf 17644 at 125 Jan Smuts Road in Rosemount, yesterday said he knew nothing about the legal action, and had received no notification.
