Nicki Minaj’s ex-boyfriend Safaree Samuels has reportedly filed a lawsuit against the star asking for a cut from her three studio albums: Pink Friday‚ Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded and The Pinkprint. Subsequently‚ the rapper blasted her former flame‚ claiming that he’s trying to ‘extort’ her two years after they broke up.
While Nicki has moved on with Meek Mill‚ she has alleged that Safaree hasn’t after being served with the papers just two days after celebrating Meek’s birthday.
“Tweeted on the 5th that the 6th was my baby’s bday. Celebrated on the 6th for his bday (publicly). Served w/a lawsuit on the 9th‚” she began her tirade.
“Two years later this poor excuse of a man is suing me and claiming to have been physically & emotionally abused. Lol. He’s so miserable.”
The Pink Print rapper claims that Safaree‚ who dated Nicki for 12 years‚ was motivated to sue her because he was attached to the lifestyle that she provided for him. In addition‚ she insisted that both her and Meek have requested that he shouldn’t contact Nicki‚ however‚ he has ignored them.
During the rant‚ an irate Nicki revealed: “’Caught him stealing money and never prosecuted him!!!! Now I’m DOING IT. ENOUGH!!!!!!“
“I can’t even make my man happy for his this low life trying to make our lives hell. He miss those gifts‚” she added.
