SCHOOL’S out! Which means more time for fun times – there’s a wide selection this week, take your pick.

Keyboard king

IAN von Memerty will be bringing Keyboard Killers to the Guild Theatre from tonight until June 25, where he pays tribute to “Eight of the Great” – Freddy Mercury, Stevie Wonder, Billy Joel, John Legend, Noel Coward, Irving Berlin, Fats Waller and Cole Porter.

Tickets are R150 at Computicket, show starts at 7.30pm.

Fashion meets music

UMSWENKO the Experience – a hip-hop and fashion showcase, staged in Mdantsane since 2013 takes place on Saturday.

The main headliner for the show is hip-hop artist Ma-E (Cashtime Life). The show takes place this Saturday at Mans Pub & Braai, Mdantsane. Tickets are R80 pre-sold at Computicket and R100 at the gate.

Live rock

JIMMY Green Machine is a rock and roll band playing covers from the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s. The band performs at the Legends Showcase Venue tomorrow. Show starts at 7pm, tickets are R80 available at the door.

Circus thrills

AUSSIE: The Australian Circus is at the Old Selbornian Club in East London from tomorrow until July 17. Tickets from R200 for adults and R150 for children under 14 and groups of 10 or more, can be purchased online at Computicket.

Juanita du Plessis

JUANITA du Plessis is live at The Venue @Hemingways from 8pm tomorrow. Juanita will indulge audiences with her new hits from her platinum album Toe Staan die Wêreld Stil. Church bazaar

ST ANDREWS Lutheran Church hosts their annual bazaar on Saturday at 50 Park Avenue, East London, starting at noon. There will be German sausage on sale, as well as handmade cakes, needlework, a tombola stall, white elephant and more. For more information, contact
