The Easter Gospel Feast, which will be headlined by international gospel star Bebe Winans, will be moving to a new, bigger venue.
The concert was initially scheduled to take place at the Buffalo City Stadium, but assistant event organiser Sinethemba Gayiza said due to space constraints, it would be moved to Buffalo Park Stadium.
The line-up for the Easter Gospel Feast is jam-packed, with organisers announcing 10 more artists to share the stage with Winans on April 6.
Local stars Ruth, Veliswa Skeyi, Malibongwe Gcwabe, Chosen, and Dumi Mkokstad, join the line-up, plus five upcoming artists including Lutsha, Judah, Anelisa, Xena B and Advent 4.
Artists already chosen include Betusile Mcinga, Khanyisa Sabuka, Andile ka Majola, STAND, Zama and the Voice Ministries, Xolani Mdlalose, Butho Vuthela, Ntokozo Gospel Group, Unathi Ndzube and Nozipho Zubane, who were announced last week.
“We really appreciate the public input because we at least know we are giving the audience what they asked for,” said Gayiza.
