AT LEAST one person was killed in the Border region on Sunday night as heavy rains wreaked havoc, leaving some roads around Buffalo City Metro closed yesterday morning.
The deceased was a passenger in one of two vehicles that collided on the N2 near Mooiplaas on Sunday night.
