Mabuyane defends Mandela fund links

ANC provincial chairman Phumulo Masualle yesterday told the party’s provincial leadership that the R250 000 deposited into his personal account was done so without his approval.
The Daily Dispatch understands the transaction was done with the blessing of the department’s head, Marion Mbina-Mthembu, and that a slush fund was set up for the memorial.
