FROM Monday, Oscar Pistorius will be an outpatient at Pretoria’s Weskoppies Psychiatric Hospital.
“The appointed panel shall submit reports to the court registrar, Director of Public Prosecutions and the accused as they are completed. The court records must be made available to the panel if needed,” said Masipa.
Pistorius killed Steenkamp on Valentine’s Day last year after he claimed he mistook her for an intruder whom he believed had broken into his Pretoria Silver Woods Estate home.
The state alleges he killed Steenkamp after an argument.
The trial resumes on June 30.
