PRESIDENT Jacob Zuma yesterday launched phase three of the expanded public works programme (EPWP) with various national and provincial politicians publicly committing themselves to make six million job opportunities possible through the programme by 2019.
EPWP’s phase three – expected to run for the next five years – was officially launched by Zuma in Keiskammahoek.
