An investigation by Buffalo City Metro into a KwaZulu-Natal-based company that demanded an increase of R26.6-million to complete a water and sanitation project has opened a can of worms.
Metro officials have been accused of “colluding with the company” in the controversial tender for a Mdantsane community.
