Former finance deputy minister Mcebisi Jonas says the ANC's elective conference in December should not be about changing faces but building dynamism within the party to propel the development of the country.

Speaking at Nehawu Eastern Cape 30th anniversary celebrations held at Walter Sisulu University Nelson Mandela Drive Campus, he said the ANC could not move forward unless it changed its dynamism under new leaders.

"We cannot put our revolution on a single individual with the hope that they will change everything."
