Hundreds of Saftu supporters led by the general secretary Zwelinzima Vavi have come to the East London City Hall to demand the recognition of Demawusa as a union in the municipality.
The one-year-old union says it has been difficult to be recognised by the metro which already recognises Samwu and Imatu.
