Rapist was employed to guard crèche ... and struck again

A man with three sex-crime convictions was employed to guard a Cape Town crèche and raped an 11-year-old who lived across the street.

Cassiem Abrahams’s appeal against his life sentence has failed, and now his crime, which left his victim suffering nightmares, has been brought to the attention of parliamentarians by judges.
