Covid-19 death toll rises to 1,877

The Covid-19 death toll in SA has risen to 1,877.

The number of confirmed cases is 92,681.

The number of recoveries is 50,326, which translates to a recovery rate of 54,3%.

In the Eastern Cape, the number of confirmed cases is 14,721. More than 7,400 have recovered while 268 have lost their lives.
