Armed robbers are believed to have stormed the Ackermans store at Retail Park shopping centre in Beacon Bay on Wednesday afternoon.
When DispatchLIVE arrived at the store, the store was closed and police were at the scene.
Witnesses alleged that the group of men demanded cash from the cashiers before fleeing.
Police spokesperson Colonel Sibongile Soci said a case of business robbery is under investigation. She said no arrests had been made as yet and police were following leads.
