East London's latest mega-property development, RockCliff Living (RCL) is set to sell.
The R400m,1,700 home housing estate at Cove Rock, a dozen kms west of East London, will have a “built out” residential value over R400m. Prices start at R800,00 for apartments and R1m for houses.
