BCM calls for comment on Chippa stadiums deal

Buffalo City Metro (BCM) has invited the local sports fraternity to comment on the application by Chippa Trading Academy to lease the Buffalo City and Jan Smuts Athletics stadiums.

Invited sports bodies include the rugby federation, football association, Sascoc and athletics, netball association, Eastern Cape and Buffalo City sports councils, and the  department of sports, recreation, arts and culture as well as members of the business fraternity.

Discussions will take place take place at the city hall from 9am until 5pm in East London from Sunday and continue until Monday.
