Simphiwe Gerald Mguli 11 June 2020 Classified

Dear Family, Friends, Colleagues, Neighbours and Community

On Friday 05 June 2020, our brother & father, Simphiwe Gerald Mguli, widely known as Khosandi, passed away at the Queenstown Private Hospital after a short COVID-19 related illness. In accordance with the government requirements that dictate the handling of human remains and associated restrictions, he was privately laid to rest on 09 June 2020 at the Queenstown Cemetery.  Unfortunately, only family was permitted at this private affair.

On 12 June 2020 from 10:00-11:00, the Family will be standing in a guard of honour at the entrance of his residence at 9 Ibis Close, Westbourne Park, Queenstown.

The family requests that everyone who wishes to express their condolences to the family to please do so in the following manner;

  • A drive-through / walk-through procession to pay their respects to the family while observing social distancing rules.
  • A container for the drop-off of floral tributes, eulogies, messages of support and donations will be placed at the same entrance.

You are kindly requested to adhere to the above process in order to keep yourselves and everyone safe.

The Mguli Family wishes to thank everyone that crossed paths with Khosandi for the support, love, warmth and understanding shared with him during his life. There will hopefully come a time when we commemorate these experiences in his remembrance.

May His Soul Forever Rest in Peace.

Yours in mourning

Mguli Family
