Masters degree for former health MEC Gqobana

Former Eastern Cape Health MEC Sicelo Gqobana who narrowly escaped a deadly car accident a month ago, was among hundreds of students who were capped at Fort Hare University's Alice campus on Friday.
Still in crutches, Gqobana walked slowly along with other graduates as he waited patiently in a queue for his turn to receive his Masters in Public Administration degree.
On October 1 Gqobana's Mercedes-Benz sedan was involved in a horrific three-car pile-up in the Kei Cuttings.
Five people had to be rushed to hospital, including the former Local Government MEC and ANC leader.
"I am so excited that this day has finally arrived," Gqobana said when confirming his graduation...
