Gamnca was accused of hurling insults and threats of assault at fellow ANC member Mkhuseli “Gidla” Nombewu in 2018.

Gamnca is currently the subject of a police investigation after several Mdantsane residents filed complaints against the ward councillor earlier this month.
She is being accused of selling houses to residents and failing to deliver title deeds to them.
Nombewu said he pressed charges against Gamnca because he grew tired of her hurling insults at him.
