The number of Covid-19 cases in the Eastern Cape has risen to five, health minister Zweli Mkhize announced on Thursday.
It is understood that there is one case in Port Elizabeth and one in Mqanduli. Two other cases in East London were announced at the weekend. It is unclear at this stage where the fifth person is located.
