BCM shuts facilities to curb Covid-19 second wave

Buffalo City Metro is closing swimming pools, libraries and community halls (except for funerals) with immediate effect to negate the spread of Covid-19.
This was confirmed to DispatchLIVE by BCM mayor Xola Pakati on Thursday morning.
