WATCH | Trash bags dumped in front of BCM municipal office

A huge pile of trash bags, more than four metres in length, has been dumped in front of the municipal offices in the suburb of Gonubie.
The trash consists of a variety of items including food, a printer, electronic boxes and other household goods.
The pile overflows into the municipal parking spaces and onto the sidewalk of Main Road.
This is preventing cars from parking in the area and forcing pedestrians to either walk through trash or move into the street.
This comes after more than a week of no refuse collection in BCM...
