BCM solid waste on brink of fresh strike

Buffalo City Metro’s cleaners are threatening to down tools again if the metro fails to decide the fate of 200 temporary solid waste workers. The temporary workers protested at the Cambridge plant on Thursday, demanding to see municipal boss Andile Sihlahla. This was after they received letters informing them that their contracts would not be renewed.
