Trevor Noah will soon be heading back to South Africa to host the MTV Africa Music Awards.
The star-studded awards show‚ which will be held on 22 October‚ sees music heavyweights from across the continent gather to celebrate their craft.
It was announced last month that the host of The Daily Show‚ and our man Trevor Noah‚ would be hosting the event.
He has now taken to social media to express his excitement.
“I’m a huge fan of African music and achievement‚ and it’s going to be a massive pleasure celebrating them both at the MTV Africa Music Awards 2016 in my own home town of Johannesburg.”
