Passengers with flights to and from the Port Elizabeth Airport on Tuesday were advised that low visibility was being experienced at the airport which could affect flights.
The airport made the announcement via its official Twitter account early on Tuesday morning.
This comes after eight commercial flights in and out of the Port Elizabeth Airport were delayed on Monday due to adverse weather conditions.
A spokesman for the airport said passengers on flights to Port Elizabeth had been stranded on Monday at airports around the country.
All airlines with flights to and from the city‚ including SA Express‚ FlySafair‚ Kulula.com and British Airways‚ were affected on Monday‚ with delays of up to six hours.
