Revellers will usher in the summer season in style as the Metro FM Heatwave national tour comes to East London this weekend for the first time.
The much acclaimed, celebrated and anticipated concert will see the likes of Big Nuz, Sphectacula and DJ Naves, Fistaz Mixwell, Tbo Touch, Shimza, LuloCafé, Thebe, and Oskido performing live at the Buffalo Park Cricket Stadium tomorrow.
“People need to get their money’s worth. We really wanted to create a quality event with quality performers, which is why we have so many award-winnings acts lined up,” said Mbuyazwe.
His partner, Litha Yaya, said they wanted to place East London on the map as the entertainment capital of the country.
“What better way to do that than to host an event that is the talk of the town nationally,” said Yaya.
The show will start at 12pm and carry on until late. Tickets are available at Computicket for R160 and R500 for VIP tickets. No cooler boxes will be allowed after 6pm.
