The chairman of the portfolio committee of the Office of the Premier has warned the office to tread carefully regarding a senior manager’s “unresolved grievance” against her line manager.
Nolitha Mbangcolo-Matshikwe moved to the OTP’s legal services division just a day after she appeared before the OTP portfolio committee on Tuesday to present her “unresolved grievance”. During the heated committee meeting that sat to hear Mbangcolo’s grievance against communications boss Mandisa Titi, committee chairman Sicelo Gqobana was scathing about suggestions made to separate the two.
