Axed SABC boss Hlaudi Motsoeneng is positive about his future and insists that despite the furore around his employment at the public broadcaster South Africans are “still going to see me.”
He was speaking at a church service held to pray for him in Mpumalanga on Sunday reports Sowetan.
“The dismissal of Hlaudi is the beginning of Hlaudi. I hold my future in my hands. The SABC is not the end of the world‚” the paper quoted him as saying.
Hlaudi was fired by the interim SABC board after a prolonged disciplinary hearing. He has told TshisaLIVE that he is meeting with his lawyer’s on Monday afternoon to discuss his response to the ruling.
“For me the dismissal means a better journey and better future. When you have troubles it is a test‚” he told Sowetan.
