A letter seen by the Daily Dispatch, signed by board chairwoman Nokulunga Mnqeta on September 26, confirms this.
“This is the outcome of a disciplinary inquiry resulting in findings and sanctions recommended by the chairperson and supported by the board,” added Amatola Water spokeswoman Connie Buso-Niwa.
