This year’s State of the Province Address (Sopa) in Bhisho yesterday was no different.
It was a battle of the hats and shades between social development MEC Nancy Sihlwayi, Dr Phumza Dyantyi of the health department and Thandiswa Marawu of roads and public works.
Weziwe Tikana of transport and safety and liaison and Helen Sauls-August of human settlements kept it simple in red and blue dresses respectively.
