Gonubie residents woke up to a fiery surprise on the Main Road this morning as angry Mzamomhle residents set the road alight with burning tyres; in protest against Ward 27 councillor Boy-Boy Kalani.
Speaking to the Dispatch, a Mzamomhle resident said irate community members targeted Mzamomhle roads as well as the Gonubie Main.
"The situation is very bad. Community members set the roads alight around 3a.m this morning. We can't even leave for work, those who attempt have been attacked physically by residents", she said.
