Competencies:
- Intro to SAMTRAC
- SAMTRAC
- ASHEPP
- Valid competency certificates for Firefighting, First Aider, Fall Planner, HIRA
- Computer Literacy
- Good Communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Decision making ability
- Team working skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Three Years’ experience in Construction work
- Proof of registration with SACPCMP
Responsibilities
- Ability to compile Site Health and Safety files
- Ability to conduct Safety Inductions, Toolbox talks
- Attend Site, Technical and Progress meetings
- Assist appointed Accident /Incident Investigator/ oversee the reporting and investigating of project related incidents/accidents
- Enforce health and safety guidelines
- Oversee maintenance of records
