Heavy are our hearts, a year has passed since you were taken away. Heartaches in this world are many but losing you was worse than any. Gone is the face we love so dear, silent the voice we love to hear.
No one knows the pain we bear when the family gathers and you not there. Only those who have lost can tell of the grief we bear in silence and the sorrow our hearts conceal. We miss you sadly and think of you everyday, yet we try to be brave and content. Tears we shed in silence are filled with remembrance of you. Our only wish today would be to hear your voice, laugh and to see your smile, to sit and talk to you.
